Due to its food and biological values milk products are necessary for nearly every group of society and of special importance to: children, adolescence and pensioners. The use of imported packing for milk products increases cost price of the product.
Our company has found cheap and available ways for production and packing of sterilized milk products.
The technology is based on the use of sterilizers – autoclaves of horizontal type and periodical operation. It also includes the use of propylene bottling.
According to the process, operations are taken in the following order:
- ingredient preparation;
- preliminary cooking and blending;
- bottling and foil sealing;
- sterilizing of milk in bottles and cooling;
- marking, labeling and sealing with a plastic cap;
- packing of ready product in thermocontractable cover;
Milk sterilizing is held in a horizontal cylinder vessel – autoclave.
Sterilization is automatic with the help of a programming control which allows the process to be given different parameters.
Our company produces packaging itself. Bottles can be of different size, shape and color, made of polypropylene and polyethylene and can be used for different kinds of liquids.
Plastic bottles are easy-to-use in comparison with other kinds of packages. They are absolutely safe and can be recycled. They can be of different configuration color and capacity.

Laboratory specialists carry an organoleptic, physical-chemical and microbiological control of the ingredients. The product is under a close control in all stages of production. Besides, there is control of the finished product as well. Then specialists carry out a tasting of products where they evaluate the quality of milk products.
Also sanitary epidemiological specialists carry out inspection control.
Sterilized milk Unikalnoye
Sterilized milk is made of high quality, thermostable, normalized ingredients, preserving all its natural qualities. High quality is achieved due to the use of up-to-date Russian technologies. The point of sterilization is in boiling of milk in temperatures over 100ºC to terminate bacteria and their spores.
Sterilized milk is produced in two kinds with 2.5% and 3.2% of fat, bottled in plastic packages and can be kept for a long period of time in room temperature.
Pasteurized milk A product with which, life starts with. It is made of normalized milk with all complexes of vitamins and nutrients preserved with the help of a special technology: a high level of milk purification (from particles). A unique system of a double pasteurization with further cooling gives the product food safety. There are two kinds of milk with 2.5% and 3.2% of fat. Shelf life of milk is 15 days with the temperature not higher then 6ºC. The product is certified.
Boiled sterilized milk
Boiled sterilized milk is made of normalized milk with the use of traditional technologies. It has nostalgic shades, retro taste – in accordance with our grannies’ recipes. The peculiarities of technology allow keeping milk for two months under a temperature not exceeding 20ºC. There are two kinds of milk with 2.5% and 3.2% of fat. The product is certified.
Kefir
Kefir contains nutritious, dietary and medicinal qualities. Due to the change of milk protein during ripening, kefir is assimilated faster and better then whole milk. It stimulates the appetite, slakes thirst and improves digestion. Kefir is bottled in packages of 0.5 l. Shelf life is 10 days with the temperature not higher then 6ºC. The product is certified.
Yoghurt and Slavyansky bio-yoghurt
Yoghurt and bio-yoghurt are made of normalized milk cooked and ripened by proto-symbiotic mixture of thermophile streptococcus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
Slavyansky bio-yoghurt is ripened in a pro-biotical way, which means the use of thermophilic lactate streptococcus, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium with fruit and berry stuffing (raspberry, peach and cherry). The product possesses good taste, thick and steady consistence, little acidity and specific fruit aroma. It differs from other products with an increased amount of protein which is easily digestible and is a high-calorific nutritious product. It contains all necessary qualities of a medicinal and preventive product due to Bifidobacterium which possesses a wide spectrum of bio-active components contributing to its vital function.
The role of Bifidobacterium in a human body is in its ability to neutralize a detrimental effect of heavy metals, carcinogens and other chemical compounds. That is why yoghurt is extremely necessary for people working in unhealthy conditions or living in ecologically dangerous regions.

Zdorovye
Curds with vanilla, sweet and with raisins are made of soft cottage cheese with vanilla, sugar and raisin components. The product is for immediate consumption. Tender consistency gives the product a tender taste. It is packaged in plastic cups of 200 and 250 g.
